An introduction

I'd wanted to start this blog for some time, and ultimately the circumstances in Japan are not the pretense I'd have preferred to start this endeavor under. However, as in Vegas, one plays the hand they are dealt. My hope for this blog is for it to evolve into a platform for discussing issues pertaining to the larger nuclear fuel cycle; for now however, the goal will be to educate and communicate with as wide of an audience as possible in a fact-based, understandable fashion about what's going on right now.
